The European Association for People Management (EAPM) and CAPITALENT invite you to contribute to the largest European study on talent management with a highlight on smaller businesses (in comparison to larger businesses).
So far, more than 20 European countries have contributed to the research. Smaller companies and groups indicate that talent management clearly relates to their business performance (see chart below). They also highlight key challenges and priorities on how to drive impact through talent management.
The online survey offers an individual benchmark for your organization. Survey results as well as company examples and practical advice will be shared in the report in 2012.
